PURPOSE: A method for circulating construction materials using the Internet is provided to timely supply/demand various kinds of construction materials depending on a construction progress by making a supplier and a demander exchange circulation information through a web site, and making the supplier and the demander registered as a verified member perform the EC(Electronic Commerce) safely. CONSTITUTION: The collected member is classified into an examined registered member and a non-examined registered member. The examined registered member is classified into a supplier group and a demander group, and the group is classified into the large supplier and an integrated demander. It is judged that the classified members are fit to a selection standard. The member logging in to a web server searches a standard article classification index. If stock is present by searching the searched article index from a database, it is checked that the member has a purchase intention. If the examined registered member is the demander, a purchase article code input window is provided.
