PURPOSE: A method for charging multiple channels and a system therefor is provided to present a new concept of a charging method to a communication system developing to a third generation. CONSTITUTION: A multiple channel charging system(200) provides independent and/or integrated charging services for each communication channel included in multiple channels. A channel separation charging data extracting unit(205) of the multiple channel charging system(200) collects charging data for each independent communication channel included in the multiple channels used by wireless terminals(100) while a plurality of communication channels are connected to the wireless terminals(100). A multiple channel charging server(225) generates independent charging data by applying a charging policy for each independent communication channel. The multiple channel charging system(200) integrates the independent charging data for each independent communication channel to extract integrated charging information for the wireless terminals(100).
