CLUTCH RELEASE SYSTEM FOR OPERATING CLUTCH OR BRAKE OF VEHICLE BY DISPLACING POINT OF ACTION OF FORCE ALONG LEVER SHAFT

PURPOSE: A clutch release system is provided to control operational force of a clutch or a transmission brake by displacement of a supporting point or a pivot point of the lever with little energy considering the spatial ratio of the engine room, and to open the clutch independently in power failure by applying the energy accumulator to an end of the lever and the pressure plate of the clutch or the transmission brake to the other end of the lever. CONSTITUTION: A lever system actuates a clutch(2) of a vehicle or a transmission brake, and has a lever(7) having a supporting point(B) indicating a first side, a second side and a pivot point(8). Operational force of the clutch or the transmission brake is changed by displacing the supporting point or the pivot point. An energy accumulator(9) is pressed on the side of the lever arm or the supporting point, and the other side of the lever arm is operated to a pressure plate(3) of the clutch or the transmission brake. The energy accumulator is formed of a disk spring, a spiral coil spring or a torsion coil spring, and a shock absorber and manufactured of elastomer or metal.
