摘要 FIELD: manufacture of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relating to production of building mortars, concretes, and artificial stones provides construction unit containing porous concrete with bulk structure of porous keramzit granules bound together by foamed cement binder, which is made with additional bulk structure from granules of foamed polystyrene located in spaces between keramzit granules and bound by solidified foamed cement binder. Keramzit granules have size 20-20 mm and occupy at least 68% of volume of porous concrete, while foamed polystyrene granules have size 1-4 mm and occupy at least 12% volume. Concrete mix composition for manufacturing construction units including porous keramzit granules, inorganic substance powdering granules, foaming agent, cement binder, and water further contains granules of foamed polystyrene 1-4 mm in size, plasticizing and rheological additives, provided that size of said porous keramzit granules is 10-20 mm and composition contains following amounts of components, kg/m3: keramzit granules 340-475, foamed polystyrene granules 1.2-1.8, above-mentioned inorganic substance 180-190, cement binder 120-125, foaming agent 0.825-2.2, plasticizing and rheological additives 0.43-0.8, and water 145-167. Above-mentioned powdering substances are inorganic binding materials. In the method of manufacturing construction units, comprising (i) formation of porous binding mortar from water, cement binder, foaming agent, and additives, (ii) formation of concrete mix from above-defined mortar and porous keramzit granules, (iii) formation construction units from concrete mix, and (iv) ageing of concrete mix in mold, before the end of pore formation process and consolidation of binding mortar, foamed polystyrene granules are additionally used, and, before formation of concrete mix, keramzit granules are consecutively mixed with foamed polystyrene granules, water moistening these granules, and inorganic substance powdering them.
