PURPOSE: A simple apparatus for displaying a remote situation by a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) communication method is provided to conveniently display traffic situations at a distance. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit(20) monitors data related to the traffic situation of a field at a distant place and transmits the data to the field. A field operation control unit(10) receives the data from the central control unit(20), and operates a state display plate to appropriately change state display contents. The field operation control unit(10) comprises as follows. A wireless mobile communication unit(16) wirelessly receives data transmitted from the central control unit(20) at a distance. A controller(11) serial transmits the received data and gives a control command to a state display part. A motor(17) is driven at several angles by the control command from the controller(11). A power source supplies a current to the motor(17) and the controller(11). The state display plate is connected with a shaft of the motor(17), having sides displaying state guide sentences.
