FIELD: wood-working industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutting head, in particular, for wood grinder has casing, at least one holder and at least one cutting member removably fixed in holder. Holder may be made integral with casing or may be made in the form of individual part detachably fixed in casing. Cutting member and holder have cooperating contact surfaces arranged in V-shaped manner at an angle less than 130 deg with respect to one another. Cutting member is connected to holder by means of fastening device adapted for direct fastening thereof. Fastening device creates holding force along symmetry line between inclined contacting surfaces. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, self-centering of cutting member in holder and tight gap-free contacting of surfaces and, accordingly, absence of chips and dust commonly tending to get into gaps in case of presence of such gaps. ^ 8 cl, 1 dwg |
