FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out lyre-shaped incision of pelvic peritoneum, conduct mobilization of posterior rectal wall up to patient's coccyx, fix the rectum towards sacrum with the help of synthetic netting made of either marlex or mersylene being of Z-shaped form at the size of longitudinal part being 10 cm, lateral parts of 8 cm and width of all parts being 3 cm. Then one should fix the netting along its central longitudinal part to patient's sacrum, fix posterior rectal surface to central part of netting, fix lateral parts of netting along right lateral and left lateral semicircumferences at transition onto anterior one, suture pelvic peritoneum in, decrease the depth of Douglas pouch. The method enables to reliably remove rectal prolapse and prevent availability of constipation. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of rectal fixation. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
