Tenon's capsule is separated and a canal is built into macular area. A platform is built behind the eye by touch near the optic nerve from the temporal side. An irritator is applied projected above the yellow spot. The irritator is cartilaginous disk. The irritator is set under ophthalmoscope control on observing inward sclera recess. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved blood circulation in macular area.
