An order reception program causes a computer to function as processing sequence storage means (15c), display item setting means (15d), order reception screen creation means (15f), order history information storage means (15i), display method modification means (15j), and the like. By executing this program, on the screen of the order reception terminal, it is possible to display only the item selected in the preceding step and the item which can be selected in the current step. Moreover, in each of the items, a predetermined selection branch or a selection branch advised by referencing the order history information is displayed so that it can be easily recognized. Accordingly, even an inexperienced operator can easily perform order reception only by performing selection according to the screen.
