FIELD: oil and chemical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: gate valve has a housing made of two parts jointed via threaded members provided with washers. The disk slide is provided with a gear sector and is interposed between the two parts for permitting rotation in its plane. The slide is secured to the housing parts through sealing members and is centered by springs. The threaded members are made of single coupling nut. The coupling nut joints both parts of the housing. The washer is concave and forms closed spaces between the inner face of the coupling nut and the surface of one of the housing parts. The spaces are filled with a consistence lubricant. The springs are wave-like. The disk slide provided with the gear sector has outer engagement with the driving pinion. ^ EFFECT: simplified design. ^ 2 dwg |
