PURPOSE: A multiple channel communication system using a wireless terminal, and a method for multiplex communication are provided to realize high-speed and large capacity transmission by improving a transfer rate. CONSTITUTION: A new communication channel is additionally generated, maintaining a communication channel preliminarily set up in a wireless terminal(100) on a mobile communication network(230). The new communication channel and the preliminarily set communication channel are transmitted to a switching system(200) through superposition on spectrum. The switching system(200) separates each communication channel included in the multiplex communication channels. The switching system(200) authenticates the effectiveness of the additionally generated communication channel as maintaining the preliminarily set communication channel, and connects the multiplex communication channels to the wireless terminal(100) through a packet network(225), the mobile communication network(230), and a transmission circuit network(235).
