PURPOSE: An apparatus for collecting honey in a vacuum suction manner is provided to enable rapid and convenient collection of honey by directly sucking the honey from a honeycomb. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for collecting honey comprises a vacuum collection tank(10) internally defining a reservoir space, a vacuum pump(20) installed above the tank to keep the tank in a vacuum state, a suction head connected to the tank via a suction hose and having a plurality of suction tubes installed to a suction plate for guiding collected honey to the tank using a strong vacuum suction force, a safety sensor(40) adapted to detect a vacuum pressure of the tank so as to automatically turn off the power of the tank if the vacuum pressure is less than a predetermined pressure, a discharge valve(50) for use in the discharge of the honey from the tank, and a honey gauge(60).
