FIELD: production of metal cables, ropes and like products. ^ SUBSTANCE: machine for manufacture of coiled products has twisting mechanism, twisting unit, bending block, drawing and feeding mechanisms, which are fixed successively in the course of process on base and kinematically connected with one another. Twisting mechanism is made in the form of system of rotors incorporating charging spools equipped with brake members and guides for material to be coiled, said guides being axially aligned with rotors fixed on columns. Rotors are positioned independently of one another and each is made in the form of drive shaft with pair of carrier pins arranged in opposed relation with respect to one another at shaft ends and rigidly connected with shaft. Charging spools and ribbon brakes are mounted on each carrier pin and rigidly connected with carrier pins and charging spools to provide for synchronous rotation of charging spools, carrier and drive shafts. Guides for material to be coiled are made in the form of cylinders with bottom facing drive shaft. Rollers are positioned on inner side surface of cylinder for movement thereon of material to be coiled. Rollers are mounted on roller bearings for regulating tension of material to be coiled. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of resultant product. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
