FIELD: medicine, neurology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the complex of diagnostic testing includes cardiointervalography. ECG should be registered thrice at 5-min-long intervals in the 2nd standard lead. Then one should calculate tension index (TI) of regulatory systems. By the value of initial TI being below 30 c.u. one should diagnose neurosis-like form of enuresis. By the dynamics of TI alteration in case of 3-fold measuring it is possible to conclude upon the degree and compensation of enuresis. The present method enables to carry out quick test diagnostics of neurosis-like form of enuresis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. ^ 1 ex |
