FIELD: biotechnology, agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing a bacterial preparation used against plant diseases caused by phytopathogenic fungi and microorganisms from genus Alternaria, Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Phoma, Phytophthora, Oospora, Erwinia and Pseudomonas. The strain Pseudomonas fluorescens P469 TSKM B-1982 is isolated from winter wheat rhizospheres in Krasnodarskiy region. The strain shows good growth in different media, among them synthetic media, under aeration condition at 30oC, pH 6.8-7.5. The strain Pseudomonas fluorescens P469 is able to inhibit growth of broad spectrum of phytopathogenic fungi and microorganisms and stimulates growth of plants. ^ EFFECT: valuable agricultural properties of strain. ^ 2 tbl, 5 ex |
