The indicated agent comprises the following components, wt.-%: polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride, 1.5-10.5; alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, 0.5-20.3; additive: phenoxyethanol and/or phenylethyl alcohol, and/or benzyl alcohol, and/or 1,2-propylene glycol, and/or poly-(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride) and/or cetyl pyridinium chloride, and/or dimethylsulfoxide, and/or amine oxides, and/or carbamide, and/or monoethanolamine, 0.1-20.0; non-ionogenic surfactant: neonol, 0.3-25.5; dye, 0.001-0.01; perfume, 0.1-2.8, and water, the balance, up to 100.
