A continuous process for preparing ice cream filled slices, which is characterized in that it comprises: cutting a fluffy biscuit sheet (N), or any other oven base, longitudinally in parallel strips (1); orderly extruding (E) the ice cream, either in pair strips (12, . . . 18) or impair stripes (11, . . . 17); placing the other stripes on the strips supporting the ice cream in order to have continuous and parallel filled stripes, (1) which then are passed through a freezing tunnel (GC) and are transversally cut (TM)for having ice cream filled slices.
