The device has a formation module forming a path for signal transmission/reception, limited to an angular field (91-9m) of the signal electromagnetic path orientation (81-8m). A control module controls a frequency correction applied by a correction module, based on a vehicles velocity related to a movement direction (4) and an angular value for the path, to reduce a frequency shift due to Doppler effects acting on the path. The signal transmitted or received by an antenna, has the electromagnetic propagation path in space.
