The sleeve has an elastomer body (6) connecting an interior frame (2) and an intermediate frame (3), and engaged in a housing delimited by a rigid receiving part. The body has an elastomer counterthrust (7) covered towards outside of the frame (3) and molded on the frame (3). The counterthrust is placed in correspondence with an open space (8) and presents an interior face (14) directed towards a thrust (13). An independent claim is also included for a procedure of assembling an anti-vibratory sleeve.
