The stopper has a vertical cylinder adapted to be screwed to recipient and covered or uncovered by a holder roof of a triggering security system. A screw and a lever housing are placed in two levels superposed and integrated in a single assembly. The lever housing holds lever e.g. blade of knives, and handles of fork, soup spoon, or teaspoon, which is introduced through a lateral slit to exteriorly open the housing.
