FIELD: pipeline engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has bushing made of metallic spiral belt, which is a spring, and provided with flexible stop member and flexible safety member to fix it against self-unscrewing. The periphery windings of the belt are winded with a spaced relation to the windings near the axis, are narrower than the near-axial windings, and are provided with a heat insulation material. The material has a ring groove for forming welding collar. The near-axial windings are provided with a spiral spacer impregnated with a polymeric binder. The faces of the rolled metallic belt are provided with slots, and heat insulating material has openings near the faces. The slots and openings receive the stop member, both end of which embrace the bushing in the longitudinal plane and are interconnected.
