PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to reduce the size of the apparatus such that the apparatus is installed in a narrow space, while achieving improved reliability and quality of soldering. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a roller housing(H) accommodating a cleaning roller(10) connected to a driving shaft(10') and an adhesive roller(11) at an idle state, wherein the roller housing is arranged to slide out by an external handle; brackets(12,12') mounted on both sides of the roller housing, and which moves up and down by hydraulic cylinders(13,13'); movable and fixed conveyor lines(16,16') having grooves(15,15'), and which drive an antistatic belt(20), wherein the movable conveyor line(16) moves along a guide rail(17); a PCB sensor(21) for sensing a printed circuit board, and which is mounted at the front end of the fixed guide rail(16'); and air nozzles(18,18') and antistatic bars(19,19') arranged at the front and rear ends of the conveyor lines.
