ARM FABRICATION METHOD FOR INFORMATION PROCESSING OF HARD DISK, CONCERNED WITH LOWERING PRODUCTION COSTS

PURPOSE: An arm fabrication method for information processing of a hard disk is provided to fabricate more than two arms which maintain resonance through a compressive molding process and a bending process. CONSTITUTION: Arms(11a) connectively formed in both sections of a connecting portion(17) are compressively molded by a molding machine. Both sections of the connecting portion(17) and a part where the arms(11a) are connected are bent at 90 degrees in the same direction to maintain intervals as much as a length of the connecting portion(17). Rings are closely adhered to holes(15) formed in each arm(11a), to support the arms(11a). Resonance is maintained by molding/bending the more than two arms(11a). A rear part(14) of the arms(11a) is molded with a resin such that the arms(11a) can be integrated with a coil portion.
