PURPOSE: A rotary handle device for a dial gauge is provided to improve efficiency of a measurement work by allowing the dial gauge to be rotated in a state that the dial gauge is fixed to an object to be measured. CONSTITUTION: A rotary handle device has a perforation hole, through which a stem portion(3) of the dial gauge(1) passes and a handle block(11) having an upper installation table(7) and a lower installation table(9). The handle block(11) is formed at both sides thereof with a finger gripping hole. A rotary plate(15) having a disc shape is arranged between the upper installation table(7) and the lower installation table(9). The rotary plate(15) is formed at a center thereof with a hole and fixed to one side of the stem(3) through a fixing member. The fixing member includes a coupling screw hole and a coupling screw, which is screw-coupled into the coupling hole.
