The device has a transmission/reception system (2, 3) operating at a frequency of the order of 150 kilohertz between a wire loop antenna (1) defining a perimeter delimiting an internal surface of transmission/reception and a casing (10). A transmission/reception system (4, 5) operating at a frequency chosen between 433 and 868 megahertz is provided between the casing and a control unit (60) of lift. The casing (10) is independent of driving of the control unit (60) of the lift.
