The inventive vacuum cleaner provided with two hydraulic filters relates to dust-cleaning engineering and can be used for dry and wet cleaning of welfare and industrial spaces. Said vacuum cleaner also can be used as an air cleaner operating in a periodic and continuous mode when connected to a water supply line and drainage or to a decantation tank, thereby improving the ecology of said spaces. The vacuum cleaner consists of a body comprising two hydraulic filters for a rough and fine air cleaning. The first filter (9) is embodied such that it is static. The second filter is embodied in such a way that it is centrifugal and blocked with an axial operational wheel (34) of a fan, thereby forming an actuating mechanism which makes it possible to obtain a balloelectric effect. A transparent or non-transparent container for liquid is provided with a pipe and embodied in the form of a body of rotation whose cylindrical wall has a top and lower inside bent flanges (10) gradually taking the shape of two cylindrical surfaces. The top surface is immersed into a liquid, thereby forming the static filter (9). The lower surface whose bottom is bent and tilted in a diametrical section, takes the shape of the tapered bottom of the container. A spherical or cylindrical thin-walled housing (61) is fixed to the below part of the lid of a top body by means of several posts and arranged in the container lower than the wall of the top bent. A level meter, a working liquid purity sensor and a pipe (65) for supplying liquid to the wet cleaning device are fixed to said wall. The level meter and working liquid cleanness sensor make it possible to automate vacuum cleaner use.
