The device has a curved part in axial direction supporting driving plate (10) and guiding plate (30) in a direction of rotation axis with respect to each plate. Exterior edges (39s) of an interior strip (39) in radial direction are laid out on a circumference with a distance equal to a distance of the curved part with respect to the rotation axis. The edges support the plates in a radial direction. An independent claim is also included for a linking clutch of a torque converter.
