PLASTIC FILM FOR DISPLAY PANEL HAVING A DURABLE GAS ANTI-PERMEABLE MEMBRANE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plastic film for a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce a plastic film for a display panel having a durable gas anti-permeable membrane environment-friendly and continuously. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the plastic film comprises the steps of: preparing a plastic transparent film; forming an inorganic buffer layer containing a carbon on a surface of the film by plasma reacting in a way of plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition while keeping an oxygen partial pressure of a complex inorganic compound precursor comprising a hydrocarbon bond in a determined ratio; and forming the gas anti-permeable membrane on the carbon containing inorganic buffer layer formed by increasing the oxygen partial pressure ratio wherein the membrane is made of an inorganic material substantially not containing an oxygen.
