PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably secure a passage of a lead wire. SOLUTION: This switch device is provided with a tube body 2 covering a tip of a hollow arm 1; and a switch mechanism is housed in the tube body 2. The switch mechanism is equipped with: at least an insulation block 3 disposed in the circumference of the tip of the arm 1; a printed circuit board 4 fixed on the undersurface of the insulation block 3; and a movable contact piece 6 disposed oppositely to the undersurface of the board 4 and capable of contacting to and separating from a fixed contact piece 5 formed on the board 4. The lead wire 7 led out from the arm 1 is connected to the contact piece 5 of the board 4 by soldering or the like in a form folded back and passed through a cut-out part 8 formed on a side part of the insulation block 3.
