PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a walk-through type vehicle capable of securing easily the consolidated parallel arrangement of the main seats with a sub-seat and their sliding in a single piece. SOLUTION: The walk-through type vehicle is structured so that the main seats 12 and 14 are formed as slide seats supported on the floor 24 by a left and a right slide device 28 for the main having guide rails 32(F) and 32(S) as the base member and that the sub-seat 18 installed in a walk-through passage 16 is formed in a single rail structure having only one slide device 22 for the sub arranged so that its guide rail 20 is in parallel arrangement relative to the guide rails 32(F) and 32(S) of the slide devices for the main.
