PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an assist grip easy to connect and disconnect either of the assist grip and a clip between body panels and capable of preventing disconnection of the assist grip even when strong impact, etc. from outside is applied on it. SOLUTION: The assist grip 1 is mounted on the body panel 4 by the clip 3. The clip 3 is constituted of a pair of left and right leg parts 30, and each of the leg parts 30 has an engaging part 33, a main hooking click 311 and a disconnection preventing click 312. A head end part 301 of the clip 3 is inserted into a clip insertion hole 21 provided on a fixed part 2 and a panel hole 41 provided on the body panel 4. The main hooking click 311 of the clip 3 is hooked on an peripheral edge of the panel hole 41, and the engaging part 33 of the clip 3 is engaged in the neighborhood of the clip insertion hole 21.
