PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution of a traveling wheel mounting device allowing a man to safely and easily perform replacement of a traveling wheel and adjustment of a tread required for performing works such as tilling/puddling/moving, etc. by himself in the vicinity of a paddy field in a walking type tiller/managing machine, etc. SOLUTION: A structure in which a pair of centripetally pressurized mounting pins 34L/34R having engagement parts 34aL/34aR concentric with an adjusting hole 16b of axles 16L/16R and a push button 38 orthogonal to the mounting pins 34L/34R and arranged on one side are held on an outer periphery of a mounting pipe 32, and the mounting pins 34L/34R and the push button 38 are interlocked and connected by a connecting plates 39L/39R is incorporated into a wheel mounting body 30.
