PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a dividing case member securing sealability between the dividing case member and a body case member, and having the function as a heater cover for covering and hiding a heater pipe. SOLUTION: A projection strip part 53a and a recessed groove 70c are fitted by forming the recessed groove 70c fitted to the projection strip part 53a arranged on the connecting edge 53 extending in the car body longitudinal direction of a drain case part 4B on the lower edge (the connecting edge) of a duct assembly case part 4C.
