The pad is made of one or two square sheets of gauze of a suitable size folded into a isosceles triangle in a first step and the lower tip folded upwards in a second step. The right edge of the shape is folded towards the opposite corner in a slightly slanted way in a third step. The resulting upper corner is folded into the space between the layers in order to form a pointed shape with all edges accommodated inside and of a particular absorptive quality.
