<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization, deodorization and air cleaning system, using a sterilization, deodorization and air cleaning apparatus, and thoroughly exhibiting the functions of a sterilization filter and a deodorization filter by efficiently performing heat exchange while taking in the outside air. <P>SOLUTION: A sterilization, deodorization and air cleaning unit 10, all heat exchangers 20 and a dehumidifier 30 are organically connected by a duct A (40), a duct B (41), a duct C (42), a duct D (43), a duct E (45), a duct F (46), a duct G (47). A wind rate regulating damper 48 is provided in the midway of the duct A (40), the duct F (46) and the duct G (47), and a release damper 49 is provided at the tip of the duct G (47).
