<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane reactor capable of holding a sufficient conversion rate and stably utilizing for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: In a cross section of a tube, a tubular membrane reactor is constituted of sequentially from inside (a) a first porous ceramic layer, (b) a second porous ceramic layer having a first metal oxide selected from a group of Rh, Ru, Pd and Pt and a second metal oxide selected from a group of Ce, Mo, Sn and W, and (c) a tubular membrane reactor having a hydrogen permselective layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
