<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove danger of electric leakage via a gel filling line, and to reduce a gel quantity used by reducing the dead volume of a line for gel filling. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a gel filling groove 46 provided on the bottom part of a reservoir block 30 are made to be ports 41, 43 opened to a buffer vessel 30a. Tip nozzles 34a, 36a of the lines 34, 36 for gel filling are inserted detachably into the ports 41, 43 and bonded. Electric connection between an electrophoretic passage 20 and electrodes arranged in the buffer vessels 30a, 32a is performed by direct contact of liquid through the ports on both ends of the gel filling grooves 46, 47 by removing the lines for gel filling from the ports on both ends of the gel filling grooves 46, 47. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
