<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device and its manufacturing method wherein mass production is enabled at high production efficiency and low cost, and sufficient energy conversion is enabled at high efficiency, and to provide an energy conversion device which is suitable to reuse heat generated in an electronic apparatus or the like by using the thermoelectric conversion device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of conductive patterns 1 and 2 composed of mutually different conductive materials overlap and are formed on both sides of a base film 16. Parts between the plurality of conductive patterns 1 and 2 are joined mutually by through hole plating 22 through via holes formed in the base film 16.
