PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scarf arranging chain for a user to tie a user's scarf gorgeously and bulkily. SOLUTION: The whole scarf is braided in a chain consisting of an elastic string with beads threaded through it. By expanding the braided part, the scarf can be tied gorgeously and bulkily. Furthermore, the scarf can be used as a choker by making a circle with the chain with an elastic ring attached at the top of the chain, or can be tied in various ways by using a long chain consisting of two connected chains.
