CARBON DIOXIDE GAS ANALYZING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microanalytical method for a carbon dioxide gas component in a mixed gas. SOLUTION: The concentration of carbon dioxide is determined by using a gas chromatograph equipped with a photo-ionized current detector under operating conditions where the flow of a rare gas is 5 ml/min or more and the temperature of a discharge lamp is 120°C or more. Carbon dioxide gas of a concentration 10 ppm or less can be measured with accuracy higher than a TCD has. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
