PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance versatility of mechanism design of first and second links compared with a case in which the first and second links are connected to each other by other links to constitute a quadric crank linkage. SOLUTION: A first link 21 rotatable around the first rotational axis CL1 and a second link 22 rotatable around the second rotational axis CL2 are provided on a link device, and the first rotational axis CL1 and the second rotational axis CL2 are coaxially arranged. A speed change means (such as a stepped speed change gear 44) to maintain the angular velocity ratio of the first link 21 to the second link 22 to a predetermined value is preferably provided.
