PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterworks storage tank, which is not an obstacle at all in the normal case, in which a special pressure vessel is not required while conveying water, which is safe and sanitary and by which clean water for a living in the case of an emergency disaster can be ensured. SOLUTION: In the waterworks storage tank, one place of a waterworks pipe system is cut, a storage vessel, which has a resisting pressure and in which city water is not stored and a long-sized pipe having a small diameter is housed, is inserted to the place and fresh waterworks continuously renewed at all times are stored independently in the case of a disaster.
