A control device has a upper cover (11) with a long screen (12) and a lower cover (17) for sealing the lower aperture of the housing (18), the latter having a cavity in which is positioned a magnetic valve and a mounting (15) the latter having a number of slots or grooves for the discharge tube (13) and conductors (131), on the inner face. The magnetic valve serves as a drive with the mounting (15), discharge tube (13) and the shorter screen (14) capable of being moved, so that the reflection angle and beam-width can be varied.
