<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unplug device for a bottle cap which is simple, can be simply mounted on a bottle, and is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The unplug device for a bottle cap is mounted by fitting a frame of a swell of the bottle, and a flexed elastic plate is mounted between the frame and the bottle cap.
