MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, WIRELESS BASE STATION CONTROL APPARATUS, AND TRANSMISSION RECEPTION POWER CONTROL METHOD USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of efficiently controlling trade-off capabilities such as high quality communication and ensuring of the number of accommodated mobile terminals.

SOLUTION: A wireless quality measuring part 32 of the mobile terminal 3 requests a wireless base station 2 to increase/decrease transmission power so as to obtain required reception quality and a wireless quality control part 32 controls the reception quality so that bearer quality is equal to the required quality on the basis of the bearer quality measured by a bearer quality control part 31. The wireless base station 2 always monitors the quality of a radio interval, and reports deterioration or improvement of the wireless quality to a wireless base station control apparatus 1 via a wireless base station protocol termination part 22 in a form of a wireless quality report when the wireless quality exceeds a threshold value designated by the wireless base station control apparatus 1.
