<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus provided with a connection member which is hardly deformed by external force in the case of electrically connecting the image forming apparatus with a paper feeding device. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus constituted by attaching the paper feeding device 1 to an image forming apparatus body 3, the paper feeding device 1 is provided with the connection member 5 electrically connected with the image forming apparatus body 3, and the connection member 5 is provided with a head part 13 projected on the surface of the paper feeding device 1 and movable in a projecting direction, and the head part 13 is formed into a curved shape as a whole, and when the paper feeding device 1 is attached to the image forming apparatus body 3, the head part 13 of the connection member 5 comes into contact with the image forming apparatus body 3, so that they are electrically connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
