PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an amplifier circuit in which both a low power supply voltage and a high gain can be satisfied. SOLUTION: A load resistor 2 is connected between a power supply terminal 6 and the output side of a current control means 1 for controlling the output current level depending on the level of a voltage or a current at an input terminal 4. Common joint of the current control means 1 and the load resistor 2 is connected with an output terminal and a constant current source circuit 3 is connected in parallel with the load resistor 2.
