PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the frequency of ON/OFF of a thermostat is increased, and the amenity becomes impaired, as the frequency is fixed a a specific frequency for a specific time without fail, when the operation frequency of a compressor is lowered. SOLUTION: When the operation frequency of the compressor is lowered, the frequency is fixed with the specific frequency for the specific time without fail, only when the input current of the compressor is high, that is, the load of the compressor is high, whereby the frequency of ON/OFF of the thermostat is decreased within a normal use range of a small load of the compressor.
