PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and processing capacity of a multi-operating system. SOLUTION: A switching instruction A for switching OS20<SB>1</SB>to OS20<SB>2</SB>is virtually stored in the logic address N of a virtual memory space 40<SB>1</SB>corresponding to the OS20<SB>1</SB>, and various instructions are virtually stored in and after the logic address N+1 of a virtual memory space 40<SB>2</SB>corresponding to the S20<SB>2</SB>. The OS20<SB>1</SB>is switched to the OS20<SB>2</SB>, with a predetermined factor (generation of interruption) as a trigger, according to the switching instruction A when a task is present in the OS20<SB>2</SB>that is a switching destination. When no task is present in the OS20<SB>2</SB>of the switching destination, the switching is prohibited, and when switched, the OS20<SB>2</SB>executes various instructions in and after the logical address N+1 of the virtual memory space 40<SB>2</SB>.
