PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the rise of a cost for performing a combining work of two members. SOLUTION: Between the annular end surface 2b of a cylindrical shaft member 2 and the joining surface 8a of a yoke member 4 in a propeller shaft, an insert material 7 as an amorphous alloy sheet having lower melting point than those of the cylindrical shaft member and the yoke member, is interposed and both the above members are combined with liquid-phase diffusion. A combining base part is formed so as to be freely inclined by engaging the tip end part 27a of an inclining tool 27 with an engaging groove part 10 formed in the combining base part 8 of the yoke member, and whole joining surface is uniformly press-contacted with the whole body of the annular end surface of the cylindrical shaft member fixed with a clamp-mechanism 20 through the insert member by pressing the tip end part downward while positioning each of the centers X and Y.
